🎯 ILR Study Plan

The ILR scale is how U.S. government language programs measure proficiency. Find your level below — each tab explains what the level means for listening and reading, and collects the FluentClips resources that fit it. Not sure? Start one level lower than you think: easy review builds speed.

How to use this page

Pick the level where you understand ~80% without help, and work daily in short sessions: listen first without reading, then read along, then click the words you didn't know and mark the ones you did as ✓ known. Generate comprehension questions at your level on any clip or text. When a level's material starts feeling slow, move up a tab.
